    Cash Flow Control System

    The principle of Cash Flow Control System operation is based on matching of receipt data with data derived from cash operating unit in the form of text information on video image of that cash operating unit.

    Advantages of cash flow control systems:
    Suspicious Transaction Reporting (STR) technology that provides an opportunity to highlight suspicious transactions on observation monitor with various colours depending on cash transactions conducted by cashier (return of goods, discount, cancellation of receipt, etc.).
    Full-screen display mode option for monitoring cash register when total amount of a receipt exceeds its nominal amount.
    Full-screen display mode option for monitoring cash register in case when cashier issues a receipt containing certain kinds of products or product groups.
    Powerful analysis tools for immediate access to any frame, selective scrolling and cashier transaction analysis, as well as event analysis over specified period of time, flexible filtering technology (date, number of cash operating unit, product features, product price, cashier, etc.) that can be applied while scanning video segments via displaying associated transactions and the receipt in question.
    The option of simultaneous monitoring of several cash operating units.

    Features of Cash Flow Control Systems:

    Cash Flow Control System allows to reveal and prevent without delay the following violations:
    financial machinations with credit and discount cards;
    mishandling of cash by a cashier while giving change;
    a cashier does not issue a receipt or does not include some of goods in a receipt;
    change of goods which should be included in a receipt in favour of a cashier;
    bar-code substitution;
    unauthorized use of discounts;
    unauthorized take-away/theft of goods;
    cancellation of a receipt after settling with a customer and misappropriation of the money;
    taking and misappropriation of returned goods without cash processing;
    unlawful use of forged credit card slips;
    fake return of goods.
