Raco Hand-Held Detector

Hand-held detectors are designed for non-contact sensing of customers suspected of theft. These devices can be used together with other basic EAS solutions that are installed at entrance/exit or at a checkout aisle of a retail store. The disturbance in the electronic environment caused by a tag or label creates an alarm condition that usually indicates someone is shoplifting or removing a protected item from the area. A security officer can remotely determine the location of such tag or label.
